All our youth presentations are age-appropriate. We are proud to present KidSmartz and NetSmartz Safety presentations for students K-12.

K-5 : Be Safer with KidSmartz

This is an assembly-style personal safety presentation for children in grades K-5. Kids will learn about the four KidSmartz rules with a live presenter who engages them through discussion, quizzes, music, and animated videos.

 Topics include:

  • Why children have a right to be safe
  • Checking first before going anywhere
  • The 8 common abduction tricks
  • Why it’s safer to go places with a friend
  • How to say “NO” when you’re sad, scared, or confused
  • What makes someone a trusted adult
  • How to get help in emergencies

This is an assembly-style personal safety

featuring the NetSmartzKids characters.
Kids will learn about the four NetSmartz

Grades 3- 5: Being a Good Digital Citizen

This is an assembly-style personal safety
presentation for children in grades 3-5
featuring the NetSmartzKids characters.
Kids will learn about the four NetSmartz
rules with a live presenter who engages
them through discussion, quizzes and
animated videos.

Children will learn:
• What it means to be a good digital citizen
• What to do when they see inappropriate
content online
• How to protect their personal information
• Why they should never agree to meet faceto-
face with someone they’ve met online
• How to use good netiquette and what to
do if someone is being mean to them online

Middle Schoolers: Online Safety

This is a very thorough presentation about online safety for middle schoolers.

It includes videos, and is meant to be very interactive.

High School Students: Internet Safety

Internet Safety for High School Students.

Learning objectives for this class are:
• How to build and practice emotional and social skills such as empathy, problem solving, critical thinking, and dealing with
rejection.
• Why you should never reshare mean or inappropriate content of someone else.
• How to create and maintain healthy relationships online.
• About being an upstander.
• About reporting tools and other helpful resources.
